Ready to take the next step in your apartment search? We have established a Priority Reservation List for UAH students seeking housing for Fall 2020. Getting on this list gives you first choice of apartment homes based on your preferences and desired move-in date!

Once completed, a member of the property staff will reach out with information on how to pay the required $200 waitlist deposit. This deposit reserves your space based on availability and will be applied toward your future deposit and fees.

By completing the form below and clicking Submit, you agree to the following: Once an apartment becomes available that fits my preferences noted below, I will be contacted by a community representative and given first right of acceptance. I understand completing this form and a $200.00 deposit are required to join the Priority Wait List.I understand there is no guarantee that an apartment fitting my preferences or desired move-in time may become available. I further understand my deposit will ONLY be refunded if there is no availability of an apartment with my preferences within my move in timeframe.
